Booking Information

Books open every 3 - 4 months and are open for a limited time. Appointment requests will ONLY be taken through the request form below during open booking periods. No emails or DMs, please.

If books are CLOSED, there will be no form on this page. This means that I'm not handling any appointment requests/inquiries and will not be monitoring my inbox regularly. I'm focusing all of my time towards upcoming appointments and to the clients I'm already working with.

Booking & Appointment Policies

  • You must be 18+ to put down a deposit and to get tattooed. No exceptions.

  • We will not take "third-party" bookings (ex. a friend or partner booking for someone else).

  • A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment. You will be sent an invoice that can be paid via credit/debit card, bank transfer or Cash App. Your deposit will be applied to the final price of your tattoo - if you have multiple sessions, it will roll over until the last appt.

  • Canceling, no-shows, late arrivals (after a 15 min grace period) or (in some cases) rescheduling will result in a forfeited deposit. If you’re running late, email pandabinge@gmail.com ASAP.

  • Rates are $200/hour cash, $220/hour credit card or PayPal. $200 minimum. Pet portraits are offered at a special rate of $500 flat. More info on pricing will be reviewed during your email consultation.

  • Please don’t show up to your appt with any numbing agent on without consulting with us first. There are brands Josh recommends & info we’d want to go over with you. Let us know if you have questions and if you plan on using numbing cream.

  • Josh will not copy any other artists’ designs - your tattoo will be custom drawn in his style. Designs won’t be shared before your appt. - you’ll see it the day of.

  • If we get in touch by email for this request, the following email conversation acts as your consultation. It’s crucial you provide enough clear info and ask any questions that you have before you book your appointment. We want to be sure that Josh can draw what you're envisioning and that you end up with a tattoo that you love!

  • By scheduling an appointment and paying a $100 non-refundable deposit, you agree to the terms stated above.

  • Your tattoo appointment will be at Black Label Tattoo at 126 E Patrick St, Frederick, MD 21701.
